Position Overview: As a Workday Integration Developer to join our HR Systems team and play a key role in designing, building, and supporting Workday integrations across multiple HCM modules. This role is ideal for professionals with 5–7 years of experience who want to deepen their Workday expertise while helping optimise and elevate our global HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, Document Transformation (DT), XSLT, and XPath. Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems (HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance). Troubleshoot integration issues; identify root causes and implement long‑term solutions. Conduct unit testing and end‑to‑end testing to ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability. Partner with Product Owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze functional specs and change requests to build scalable, efficient technical solutions. Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, test plans, and deployment artifacts. Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices. Recommend enhancements to streamline HR and cross-functional business processes. Contribute to improving the end-user and stakeholder experience with Workday tools, integrations, and services. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4–6 years of Workday HCM experience, with strong exposure to integration development. Hands‑on experience with: Workday Studio, Core Connectors & Cloud Connect, PECI,EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder),RaaS and Workday Web Services Strong understanding of Workday data model, security framework, business processes, and reporting. Experience integrating HR, US Benefits, Global Payroll, IT, and Finance systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Functional experience with HCM modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, Performance Management. Prior experience in Workday implementation, AMS, or support environments. Ability to create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation. Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus. Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions. Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.
