Procurement Analyst

We are looking for a high-potential candidate to join our Procurement team. This role combines operational execution with process ownership and automation. You will be responsible for managing global vendor onboarding while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across procurement workflows. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to Finance, Legal, Security, and Business stakeholders globally. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end onboarding of vendors across regions (US, EMEA, APAC, India) Ensure documentation completeness and compliance Track onboarding SLAs and proactively resolve delays Maintain accurate and clean vendor master data Act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders Support PO creation and tracking Maintain contract and renewal trackers Assist in invoice issue resolution Monitor intake requests and ensure structured documentation Identify repetitive manual tasks and improve workflows Build and maintain trackers and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets) Implement structured reminder systems Improve process visibility and reporting accuracy Suggest and implement automation enhancements What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Commerce / Management / IT) 0–2 years experience (Freshers welcome) Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Strong analytical and logical thinking ability High attention to detail Excellent follow-up and coordination skills Basic SQL or Python knowledge Exposure to dashboards or automation projects Internship experience in operations / finance / analytics Mandatory and Required Skills for All ThoughtSpot Roles Spotters are expected to demonstrate AI literacy and workflow integration to include to ability to: Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality.
