You’ll lead with impact by connecting major brands to our global user base, but you’ll also face the challenge of shifting priorities, complex executions, and the need to make smart decisions with imperfect information. If you thrive in a "go-get-it" environment where excellence is the norm and you're ready to help write the playbook rather than just follow one, this is where you’ll grow. **What You'll Do** - Partner with our ad sales teams to develop and manage ad partnership strategies that deliver on our partners’ needs, business objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them - Manage internal and external kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss complex executions - Manage the entire campaign lifecycle including creative showcase and best practices - Proactively monitor campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate and solve issues - Coordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders - Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations. - Uncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased inves
