In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary strategic partner to GDP leadership across the globe. You are the architect of the commercial engine, supporting Account Managers and Sales Managers as they drive expansion and growth within our most critical global accounts. You will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, ensuring our global GTM strategies are operationalized for maximum impact. **What You’ll Do:** 1. **Drive the Commercial Cadence:** Own the implementation and execution of the global business rhythm. This includes leading forecasting, top-deal reviews, pipeline analysis, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs). 2. **Strategic GTM Design:** Partner with leadership to devise local and global Go-To-Market strategies. You will analyze business trends to identify opportunities and design initiatives that catalyze growth. 3. **Process Engineering:** Improve organizational tooling. You will be responsible for identifying operational friction and building the workflows—or implementing the technology—to remove it. 4. **Advanced Analytics & Reporting:** Move beyond basic reporting to provide deep, quantitative analysis of sales performance. You’ll partner with our analytics team to develop evolving forecast models using cutting-edge methodologies to drive predictability in a volatile market.
