Job Description

Our client, a US-based law firm specializing in labor law and personal injury cases, is seeking top professionals for the position of Intake Specialist. Work Schedule Options: (On-site) • Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM • Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a Call Center • Advanced English proficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records • High attention to detail, highly organized, and adaptable Responsibilities: • Attend to incoming calls and other contacts promptly, building trust and empathy with potential clients through clear, professional, and service-oriented communication • Manage and follow up on client prospects in the case management system, including unassigned or non-responsive leads, according to the department schedule • Assess each potential client's unique situation and clearly present the best course of action and available legal strategies to support their path toward resolution • Accurately record complete information in the case management system, ensuring proper data capture, completed questionnaires, and detailed incident notes • Follow up on required documentation and facilitate effective transition of newly onboarded clients to the appropriate practice area; support special projects as assigned #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
