This role will focus on expanding business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving long-term revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and airline partners to ensure high levels of service, operational alignment, and sustainable account development while identifying new opportunities across key markets. How We Work As a Business Development & Account Management professional, you will join a fast-paced high performing team that works in a remote first environment. This role requires the candidate to be based in Hungary, with a strong preference for candidates located in Budapest. The role includes approximately 25–30% global travel. We will set you up for success by providing: • Company-issued equipment • Formal remote training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients • Provide consistent reporting, internal and external for key stakeholders related to your region • Increasing client base • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives • Drafting and reviewing contracts • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers • Be the point/lead for your account, know everything, what makes them tick, markets • Manage multi layer relationships with nominated accounts (duty managers, GH to VP) • Strategic account management plans to ensure TAC growth with airline • Provide support to airline as required, ensure you are their key/primary contact • Negotiate with airline stakeholders to further expand TAC services • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs • Ensuring TAC is meeting all contractual requirement • Provide weekly/monthly/yearly reporting based on client needs • Look at any issues wholistically and provide a solution that is workable to client and TAC • Report on successes and areas needing improvement • Work with accounts department to ensure that accounts in designated ports are paid • Identify markets where spend is high and work within team to manage ADR • Ensure you are well versed in all things to do with airline, future plans, fleets, etc. • Provide yourself as a secondary escalation point for all issues from ports outside of region • Work within sales and suppliers to ensure new port roll outs are successful Operational • Provide operational support for day of operations • Identify key demand periods and negotiate blocks • Back your ops team, help them wherever possible • Travel to ports and airline HQ as needed Key Performance Indicators • To be discussed and made specific to the role Our Company & Purpose Corpay is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
