Role and Team This position is responsible for pick up and delivery of customer vehicles (using a 2 car rollback, wrecker, etc.) and reports to the Operations Manager or designated manager as part of the Transportation/Logistics team. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver customer vehicles Load and unload customer vehicles Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver Qualification Policy. Consistent, and safe driving is crucial for this role. Complete condition reports and complete paperwork related to the pick up and delivery of the vehicle Communicate with customers to verify vehicle information and condition of vehicles Maintain good flow of communication with all team members and practice good teamwork Inspect the wrecker or rollback to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions Qualifications High School or GED required Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmissions Must have Tow Endorsement Must have a current DOT Medical Card Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and a background check Previous DOT driving experience Previous experience operating a 2 car rollback Effective customer relations, communication and interpersonal skills Must be 18 years of age ADESA Benefits and Perks Competitive Pay | Quality Benefits | Holiday and Paid Time Off | Education and Equipment Reimbursement Programs | Matching 401(k) | Career Path Opportunities | And More!
