US Immigration Program Manager Department: People & Places Team: People Location: New York, United States ### About the Role: The Uber Global Relocation & Immigration (GRI) team is looking for a US Immigration Program Manager to own immigration service delivery and strategic compliance for the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring US immigration compliance and a great experience for Uber stakeholders, relocating employees, and assignees. The US Immigration Program Manager will report directly to the Global Immigration Program Manager. GRI designs and manages global mobility programs that enable our people to move where they need to go—efficiently and compliantly. We support the global movement of talent and their families through scalable and compliant mobility solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with key regional and global stakeholders across the GRI team, Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and Uber's external vendor partners to lead the immigration program for the US, ensuring compliance and a great stakeholder experience. You will operate with significant autonomy and play a key role in advancing strategic immigration initiatives. ### What You’ll Do: - Partner across the GRI team to tailor global immigration offerings to the specific talent needs of the US business, ensuring regional nuances are addressed while maintaining global consistency. - Build strong relationships with US-based stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leadership to strategically position GRI’s immigration services as a key enabler to achieving international talent priorities. - Proactively monitor the US regulatory landscape and lead impact analyses of legislative or policy changes; design and implement strategies to mitigate risk and protect the business. - Ensure consistent, compliant implementation of US immigration policies while driving operational efficiency and a strong employee experience. - Lead GRI’s immigration support for key US-based projects such as new entity set-up, maintaining legal readiness, mergers and a
