In this role, you will translate strategic priorities into structured community initiatives, independently manage your scope, and execute end-to-end engagement strategies across Morocco and emerging markets. Role Summary As Community Lead, you will be the single point of ownership for the ALX Morocco community across both learners and alumni. You will be responsible for designing and executing engagement strategies that drive retention, belonging, and long-term community value. This includes structuring community journeys, activating engagement initiatives, and ensuring continuity between learner and alumni experiences. Operating as a strong individual contributor, you will translate strategic direction into operational plans, independently manage execution, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen community performance. You will also contribute to positioning the community as a key driver of growth, engagement, and brand amplification, while supporting regional expansion efforts through structured systems and activation monitoring.
