Role Summary As the Recruitment Growth Operations Coordinator, your mandate is clear: to build, optimise, operate, and continuously improve the systems that drive high-volume enrollments across ALX programs, with success measured against ambitious recruitment targets. You will sit at the intersection of data, marketing operations, and growth execution, using insights to improve conversion, guide outreach strategies, and ensure we reach the right talent at the right time. You will design and manage the recruitment data infrastructure that tracks the full lifecycle of our applicant pool and informs decision-making across marketing and sales teams. You will build the systems, processes, and operational workflows that power the recruitment funnel, including performance tracking, call center operations, communication automation, and conversion optimization. Specific Responsibilities End-to-End Funnel Ownership Funnel Performance Ownership: Own visibility into and performance of the full recruitment funnel from lead generation through enrollment, ensuring clear tracking, accountability, and continuous optimization across all stages. Bottleneck Identification: Identify bottlenecks and drop-off points across the funnel and define targeted interventions to improve conversion and efficiency. Target Accountability: Own contribution to achieving enrollment targets by ensuring the funnel consistently delivers required volume and conversion performance.
