Your mission is to turn curious landlords into lifelong partners by conducting deep, empathetic discovery and demonstrating how our technology handles the heavy lifting of property management. Key Responsibilities High-Impact Discovery: Lead the sales process by identifying landlord pain points—such as screening, lease prep, and maintenance—and positioning Autopilot as the ultimate solution. Educate and Influence to Drive Adoption: Guide landlords to understand how Autopilot solves their pain points and aligns with their personal investment goals. Sales Process Management: Own and guide the property owner journey from inquiry all the way to to "listing live" Trust-Based Onboarding: Use your industry expertise to navigate high-stakes sales conversations, building immediate rapport through shared experience and property management fluency. Strategic Team Player: Maintain a "team-first" mindset, collaborating with internal teams to refine the "Autopilot" experience based on your frontline feedback.
