You’ll be joining a dynamic, data-driven and creative team focused on expanding Preply’s reach and awareness through authentic creator collaborations. Our mission is to make language learning more human by partnering with influencers who inspire learners worldwide. You’ll work closely with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, to scale the channel efficiently and support global campaigns across multiple markets. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: -  Support the execution of Preply’s global influencer marketing strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. - Identify and engage creators who align with our brand and performance goals across key markets and categories. - Manage outreach, negotiations, and contracting, ensuring all partnerships reflect Preply’s brand and creative standards. - Help track and analyze campaign results (reach, engagement, NSGMV, ROI) using tools like Looker, Storyclash, and Impact. - Draft and manage creative briefs to ensure influencer content reflects Preply’s voice and resonates with learners worldwide. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Paid Social and Brand) to optimize campaigns and ensure consistent messaging. - Stay ahead of social media trends and new creator opportunities to keep our influencer approach fresh and effective. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: - Experience in social media or digital marketing, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing with a proven ability to manage campaigns independently. - Strong understanding of Macro and Micro influencer ecosystems, campaign processes, and performance metrics. - Excellent communication and social skills - able to build rapport, maintain relationships, and communicate effectively with creators and partners. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Collaborative and proactive mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-scaling team.
