For more information, visit <a class="c-link" href="http://www.redditinc.com/" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="http://redditinc.com" data-sk="tooltip_parent">www.redditinc.com</a>.</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div><p>We are looking for a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals.</p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with priority advertisers to assess their technical stack, onboard them to conversions API and pixel-based solutions, and ensure high-quality signal capture through rigorous testing and QA. You will also support non-priority advertisers through reactive troubleshooting, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues efficiently. This is a hands-on, client facing role for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that unlock performance outcomes.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Please note that this role is required to work in person from our LA office 1-2 days per week.</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels</li> <li>Lead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers’ tech stacks</li> <li>Guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation</li> <li>Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data</li> <li>Advise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy</li> <li>Troubleshoot signal issues</li> <li>Diagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gaps</li> <li>Provide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently</li> <li>Partner with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gaps</li> <li>Identify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows</li> <li>Help shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations</li> <li>Strong understanding of ads signals including events, attribution, and data pipelines</li> <li>Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li> <li>BA/BS Degree</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs</li> <li>401k with Employer Match</li> <li>Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiv ...
