Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Product Merchandising team connects members to Netflix’s world of entertainment by blending intuitive merchandising and market expertise to position, promote and present content so members find it easy and enjoyable to choose what they’ll love. Creative Briefs & Vendor Management: Align with local stakeholders on briefs for high-priority titles (e.g. the four global tentpole titles from the UK in 2026), and create/supervise briefs for external vendors. Provide editorial oversight to vendors (primarily UK based) and guidance to ensure consistency and quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local Product, Marketing, Content and other teams to integrate writing needs into the broader merchandising and launch process. Work closely with the EMEA Managing Editor, CPOP, and Product Language Management team.
