Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.What You Will Be Doing:The Material Handler will manage inventory to support our research and development, new products, and production. You will collaborate with Production, Operations, and Engineering with movement of parts to support our operations. You will report to the Inventory Control Supervisor at our Everett, WA office.You Will:Maintain clean, organized storage locations across the shipping, receiving, production lineside and storage areasVerify all materials are packaged and banded for transportAssist with loading and unloading trucksWork with Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems related to receipt and distribution of materialUpdate material storage locations inside our MES softwareOperate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand cartsSupport first shift 6:00am to 2:30pmSupport second shift 2:00pm to 10:30pmRequired Skills:2+ years of related experienceForklift operation experienceExperience with part setupAbility to lift and carry 20 lbs.Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the responsibilities of this positionMust be willing to work in an open-air environment, lacking temperature controlCan work overtime or weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines#LI-OnsiteBenefitsOur total compensation package includes benefits, including but not limited to:• Medical, Dental, and Vision plans for employees and their families • 31 Days of PTO (21 vacation days and 10 sick days) • 10 Paid holidays, plus company-wide winter break • Up to 5% employer 401(k) match • Short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance • Paid parental leave and support (up to 16 weeks) • Annual wellness stipendHelion is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
