About the Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Controller to own and scale our core accounting and financial operations. In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, while playing a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, optimize cash flow, and build scalable systems as the company grows. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who is sharp, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Compliance: Preparation and ownership of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements Collections : Assist in collections efforts to ensure timely payments from clients. Reporting Analysis : Create financial reports and analyze data to support company growth.
