<h1>About the Role:</h1>
<p data-start="588" data-end="872">We’re hiring a Head of Growth to drive the strategy and execution behind how Pump generates, captures, and converts demand into revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scaling high-performing acquisition programs while driving qualified pipeline and booked demos.</p>
<p data-start="874" data-end="1020">You’ll partner closely with Sales and company leadership to align go-to-market strategy, improve funnel efficiency, and scale consistent revenue growth.</p>
<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<ul>

<p data-start="838" data-end="915">Drive <strong>full-funnel performance</strong>, experimentation, and continuous optimization</p>

<p data-start="918" data-end="997">Build <strong>repeatable pipeline generation engines</strong> that convert demand into revenue</p>

<h2><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h2>
<ul>

<p data-start="197" data-end="288"><strong>4+ years</strong> of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing roles</p>
</li>

<p data-start="291" data-end="378">Proven track record driving qualified pipeline and revenue, not just leads or traffic</p>
</li>

<p data-start="381" data-end="483">Experience owning multi-channel acquisition strategy in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments</p>
</li>

<p data-start="486" data-end="577">Strong experience with outbound and email infrastructure <strong>(experience with Clay preferred)</strong></p>

<p data-start="580" data-end="667">Comfort owning funnel metrics, attribution, and performance reporting tied to revenue</p>
