Your Impact Responsible for leading all aspects of multiple related projects, aligning them with organizational goals, and ensuring that they collectively achieve the desired business outcomes. The role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of projects within a program to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Define and lead program goals, objectives, and results. Coordinate cross-project activities and lead interdependencies. Supervise progress, analyze risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate program status to partners and senior management. Lead program budgets and prioritize effectively. Lead program teams and provide mentorship and support to project managers. Ensure that projects align with business objectives and meet quality standards. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS (or equivalent) and 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Jira. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are beneficial. Familiarity with program management tools. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. PMP or PgMP certification preferred Why Cisco? Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
