As the <strong>Senior Director, Product Management – AI Applications</strong>, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for how AI shows up across Klaviyo’s product portfolio so that our customers get measurably better outcomes with less effort and more confidence. You’ll turn advances in AI into durable product advantages that help creators, brands, and partners move faster and grow smarter.</p> <p>You will lead a team of product managers and work in tight partnership with Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM leaders to build AI‑native experiences (not just AI features). You’ll define the bets, the roadmap, and the operating system for AI at Klaviyo—from foundational capabilities and evaluation frameworks to customer‑facing agents and workflows that drive activation, adoption, and long‑term retention.</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make a Difference</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own Klaviyo’s AI product vision and roadmap.</strong> Define a clear 12–24 month strategy for AI across our platform and products, tying it directly to customer jobs‑to‑be‑done, revenue growth, and product differentiation.</li> <li><strong>Turn AI capabilities into customer value.</strong> Translate foundational models, data assets, and infrastructure into coherent, end‑to‑end product experiences—such as agents, recommendations, and copilots—that improve time‑to‑value, campaign performance, and user productivity.</li> <li><strong>Build the AI product operating system.</strong> Establish how AI products are discovered, prioritized, evaluated, and shipped (cadences, definitions of ready/done, experiment pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and post‑launch reviews).</li> <li><strong>Partner deeply with Engineering and Data.</strong> Collaborate with ML, data platform, and application engineering leaders to align on architecture, data requirements, and technical constraints, ensuring we balance ambition with reliability, scale, and cost‑to‑serve.</li> <li><strong>Drive an experimentation and measurement culture.</strong> Define success metrics (e.g., feature adoption, lift in campaign performance, time‑to‑first‑value, NRR impact) and ensure every AI initiative is instrumented, evaluated, and iterated based on data.</li> <li><strong>Ensure responsible AI by design.</strong> Partner with Legal, Security, and Data teams to define and implement standards for privacy, safety, bias mitigation, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, with clear guardrails for how AI interacts with customer data.</li> <li><strong>Embed AI across product lines.</strong> Work with product leaders across Klaviyo to identify where AI can reshape workflows end‑to‑end, avoid “one‑off” AI features, and drive consistency in UX patterns, messaging, and value propositions.</li> <li><strong>Partner across GTM to launch and land.</strong> Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to position AI capabilities, enable internal teams, and ensure launches translate into r ...
