<p>We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused <strong>Senior Manager, Web Production</strong> to lead our growing team of Web Producers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency, quality, and strategic evolution of our global web publishing efforts across <strong>Okta.com</strong> and <strong>Auth0.com</strong>. You will be the key driver in ensuring content is published accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals, while simultaneously building a future-proof strategy utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including AI.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Lead and Develop:</strong> Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of <strong>Web Producers</strong> (currently 5), fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and consistent team culture.</li>
<li><strong>Workflow Oversight:</strong> Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the web production queue, ensuring effective triage, assignment, and execution of all content publishing requests.</li>
<li><strong>Process Efficiency:</strong> Establish, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content publishing, quality assurance (QA), and technical troubleshooting to ensure the team operates efficiently and consistently.</li>

<li><strong>Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management:</strong> Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to SLAs for all web production requests, driving on-time and high-quality content delivery.</li>
<li><strong>Global Quality Assurance (QA):</strong> Oversee the rigorous QA process for all published content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, functionality, and compatibility across various devices and browsers, globally.</li>
<li><strong>Issue Resolution:</strong> Serve as the escalation point for complex publishing issues, technical roadblocks, or performance concerns, coordinating resolutions with relevant development and IT teams.</li>

<li><strong>Performance Insight:</strong> Provide <strong>regular reporting and insight</strong> into team performance, SLA compliance, content volume, and key operational metrics to senior leadership.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Roadmap:</strong> Develop and execute a future-focused strategy for the Web Production team, including technology adoption and process evolution.</li>
<li><strong>AI Integration:</strong> Actively research, propose, and lead initiatives to integrate <strong>AI capabilities</strong> and automation tools to drive significant efficiency and consistency within the web production lifecycle.</li>
<li><strong>CMS Optimization:</strong> Collaborate with web development and product teams to identify and implement enhancements and optimizations to the Content Management System, supporting the team's needs and scaling for future growth.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Required Qualifications Experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience (<strong>7+ years</strong>) in web production, content management, or a related digital operations role, with a focus on high-traffic, global corporate websites.</li>
