Product Manager - Payments

<div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p>Storable is looking for a Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to deliver against Storable Payments’ multi-vertical platform strategy. You will work with colleagues across product, design, marketing, engineering, client success, sales, and the senior executive leadership team to identify areas for improvement, define potential solutions and use data-driven, and lean start-up principles to drive measurable results. Your success will be measured by how well you drive to organizational success for Storable and our customers.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a cross functional team of support, implementation, sales, marketing, product, engineering, product operations, business operations and design to build processes and coordinate successful rollouts of the Storable Payments on each of Storable’s platforms. </li> <li>Build relationships with storage operators to understand how we can better help their businesses save time and improve profitability through payments products. </li> <li>Spend considerable time looking at customer behavior metrics from our tools and comparable experiences elsewhere. You will use that insight to validate the right direction for the product.</li> <li>Conduct market research and stay up to speed on the payments industry to identify new products and potential revenue streams. </li> <li>In collaboration with Product Operation resources, ensure smooth rollout with maximum transparency across the organization</li> <li>Communicate company-wide why you are making certain improvements, what you hope to learn from them, and how they fit into your overall strategy.</li> <li>Provide regular updates on projected milestones, progress, and results.</li> <li>Work closely with a product owner to identify opportunities and build a roadmap that strikes the right balance between business and customer value.</li> <li>Objectively measure and broadly communicate the impact of the strategic bets and delivered work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.</li> <li>Background in card payment processing required. ACH and alternative payment methods experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience working and holding to account 3rd party vendors to achieve objectives.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional organizational skills to manage dependencies and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.</li> <li>Analytical. Understand how to predict, measure and communicate financial impact of changes</li> <li>Ability to navigate hard conversations and build consensus to produce desired outcomes for both Storable and our customers</li> <li>Communication skills to present to a variety of audiences the need for and value of a business case</li> <li>Resourcefulness in solving problems</li> <li>Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics, structured hypotheses) of product management</li> <li>Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration</li> <li>Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies, including the ability to write actionable and detailed user stories</li> <li>Manages projects independently</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><br><br></strong></span></p> <p>All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.</p> <p><em>Storable is a fully distributed company, but is currently only registered for employment in certain states. </em>To be eligible for employment, you must reside in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY. </p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>At Storable, we’re redefining property management for specialty real estate.
