<p><strong>How to apply:</strong></p><p><strong>Send your CV in English.</strong></p><p><strong>This is a full-time position based in our Milan office.</strong></p><p><strong>-----</strong></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON</strong></p><p><strong>Main challenge</strong></p><p>Within the Gameloft Business Solutions division, you’ll join the GBS Store team to develop global product templates that regional teamsadapt to their local markets.</p><p>As a Digital Product Analyst Intern, you will bridge the gap between raw data and product evolution, helping shape subscription-based digital services used by millions of players worldwide.</p><p><strong>What it means on a daily basis</strong></p><p> </p><p><u><strong>Product Development Support</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Scoping & Documentation: You will help define new features by writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)and User Stories for the tech teams.</p></li><li><p>A/B testing process : from defining hypotheses to analyzing results with guidance from senior team members.</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Product Analysis & Insights</strong></u></p><ul><li><p> Use internal analytics tools and advanced Excel to analyze store performance metrics such as conversion rate, ARPU, andsubscription performance.</p></li><li><p> Translate raw data into structured insights and reports to support product decision-making.</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate with UX/UI Designers, Engineering teams, and regional Product Leads to ensure features are aligned withtechnical constraints and local market needs.</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Market and Competitive Research</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Benchmarking competitor offerings and industry trends to identify best practices in digital subscription services andUX/UI.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Who you will be working with</strong></p><p>You’ll work with data, support product development, and collaborate with multiple teams while learning alongside the Director of Operations & Business Analytics.</p>
<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p><ul><li><p>Structured and organized working style, able to manage tasks and priorities clearly</p></li><li><p>Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and learning from them</p></li><li><p>Someone who is motivated about their work and a passionate about the gaming industry ! </p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas)</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with data to extract insights</p></li><li><p>Studying or recently graduated in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or similar</p></li><li><p>Clear written and verbal communication in English</p></li><li><p>Bonus: familiarity with Jira or Confluence and basic knowledge of product testing or experimentation</p></li><li><p>Fluent English mandatory.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Recruitment process:</p><ol><li><p><strong>HR screening </strong>to assess how this internship matches what you are looking for and to ensure it aligns with what we are seeking.</p></li><li><p><strong>One-hour online meeting with the Director of Business Analytics and Operations</strong> : a more technical evaluation focused on skills related to the role.</p></li><li><p><strong>One-hour online meeting with the Marketing Director at GBS and the VP Growth GBS</strong> :  discussion centered on team projects and a broader overview of Gameloft and GBS.</p></li></ol>
