<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Produce high-quality marketing videos to acquire and engage players.</li><li>Own the full production workflow from concept to final delivery.</li><li>Capture compelling gameplay footage from game builds/engines.</li><li>Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms (formats, encoding, compression).</li><li>Add polish with sound, music, text, graphics, and motion elements.</li><li>Collaborate on feedback and creative direction, follow IP/brand guidelines, manage assets, track performance, and bring trend-led ideas.</li></ul> <p><strong>Key requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Creative and innovative mindset with strong artistic taste, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques.</li><li>Expert in video editing, motion design, and video content creation.</li><li>Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (plus motion graphics/graphic design).</li><li>Able to independently manage the full creative process end-to-end, following a brief and delivering final assets.</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage multiple competing deadlines; portfolio/demo reel required (bonus: games experience, Unity/Unreal, 3D tools like Blender/Maya/3ds Max, strong 2D skills).</li><li>Good English communication skills; portfolio or demo reel is required.</li></ul> <p><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></p><ul><li>(1) Screening&#xa0;call&#xa0;(<em>Only candidates whose qualifications align with the role&#xa0;will be contacted.
