Remote Performance Marketing Lead We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid marketing efforts. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead performance marketing at one of the most exciting design + web platforms out there. The ideal candidates brings a balance of scale and scrapiness, able to both get in the weeds in platform but also set the strategy, build a team, run experiments, and report on top-level performance. What you’ll do Own and scale our global paid acquisition strategy across SEM and paid social Turn a significant performance budget into business growth, balancing effective CPAs alongside brand awareness with significant budget Build a team to manage platforms, creative, and measurement Continuously optimize and report on campaign, platform, and holistic performance marketing performance Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to execute robust campaigns What you’ll bring Deep experience managing campaigns in paid platforms History managing 7+ figure budgets across SEM and paid social Ability to run creative & incrementality testing Analytical & communication skillset to report on top-level performance Experience building & managing a team What we offer At Framer, we’re committed to helping you do your best work.
