Join us.</span></span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a dynamic and safety-focused Training Manager to scale a role that will begin with leading a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators and expand over time to broader training support. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and workforce development. You will not only manage the daily performance of high-level operators, but also design the educational infrastructure that allows them to mentor others and scale our operations safely.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a direct report to the Senior Training Manager, you will play a key role in defining training standards, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.</span></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage, coach, and support a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators across multiple site locations, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support onsite operations management personnel to ensure operators are maximizing autonomous capabilities while maintaining strict safety protocols.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Review and audit operator reports regarding vehicle behavior, software errors, and disengagements to ensure feedback is clear, effective, and actionable for engineering teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment, resolving conflicts and championing career development for direct reports.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Apply Adult Learning Principles to design, implement, and update training programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain a library of training reference materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job aids that are accessible and up-to-date.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentor Advanced Operators on how to effectively train and develop peers, establishing a scalable peer-mentorship program.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to assign courses, track completion rates, and manage certifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze trainin ...
