We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst who wants to be a key architect in scaling our global Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.</p> <p>This isn't a "back-office" finance role. You will report to the Senior Manager of GTM FPA and serve as a highly visible strategic partner to Senior Sales Leadership. If you thrive in a dynamic, accelerated environment where your analysis directly informs executive decision-making, this is your next move.</p> <p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>You will be embedded within our GTM organization, specifically supporting the high-impact teams that drive our pipeline and technical wins. You will bridge the gap between financial discipline and aggressive sales execution.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Partnership:</strong> Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, helping them navigate annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and real-time execution.</li> <li><strong>Full-Cycle FPA:</strong> Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for key functional teams within the CRO organization. You’ll own the models for headcount, commissions, and program spend</li> <li><strong>Pipeline Growth Analytics: </strong>You will be the architect of our Pipegen reporting, including weekly/monthly management-level reporting, tracking Pipegen trends, top of the funnel health, and conversion rates</li> <li><strong>Performance Insights:</strong> Go beyond the "what" and find the "why." You’ll track leading indicators and key metrics to identify operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Operational Scale:</strong> Help us build for the future. You’ll lead projects to improve our systems (Anaplan, Tableau, etc.) and streamline how we report on a rapidly growing business.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Impact:</strong> Work closely with the Controllership and Corporate FPA teams to ensure seamless month-end closes and long-range strategic planning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>SaaS Savvy:</strong> You understand the mechanics of a software business—recurring revenue, Retention metrics, and the importance of a healthy sales funnel.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Curiosity:</strong> You don’t just report variances; you hunt for the story behind the data. You can translate complex quantitative data into clear, actionable narratives for non-finance partners.</li> <li><strong>Relationship Focus:</strong> You excel at building bridges across diverse teams.
