We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.</p></div><p>We’re looking for an experienced <strong>Staff</strong> <strong>Technical Program Manager (TPM)</strong> to partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes, inclusive of clarifying needs and value, securing commitment from teams across the organization, setting timelines, and facilitating ongoing delivery and execution. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Program Management. </p>
<p>In this role, you will drive execution and alignment across multiple teams, overseeing the delivery of critical features across Auth0. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will <strong>own delivery execution</strong> across programs and ensure <strong>predictability, risk mitigation, and outcome alignment</strong> at scale.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate thrives in complex technical environments, can orchestrate cross-team work with clarity and agility, and brings strong stakeholder management skills to help teams deliver consistent, high-value outcomes.</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Bengaluru, Karnataka, India</p>
<p><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite per week)</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Drive</strong> large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from design through delivery.</li>
<li><strong>Partner</strong> with Product and Engineering to define scope, value, and technical requirements, securing commitments across organizations.</li>
<li><strong>Orchestrate</strong> planning, prioritization, and execution, managing the integrated program plan and timelines across disparate functions.</li>
<li><strong>Proactively identify and resolve</strong> risks, dependencies, and impediments, clearly communicating trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders.</li>
<li><strong>Build and maintain strong relationships</strong>, serving as the central point of contact and providing consistent <strong>transparency</strong> into program goals, progress, and quality.</li>
<li><strong>Energize</strong> cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives and uphold world-class operational excellence and security standards.</li>
<li>Develop <strong>broad technical and domain knowledge</strong> to effectively influence strategy and decision-making.</li>

<h3><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></h3>
<p>Must Have:</p>
<ul>
<li>7 - 10 years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment.</li>
<li>Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs.</li>
<li>Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects </li>
<li>Expert in leveraging Jira to manage complex project workflows, track deliverables, and report on progress</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.</li>
