We’re looking for a Product Design Intern to work on the Roku Mobile app. In this role, you will be mentored by a friendly and collaborative Mobile UX Team and work with other designers, researchers and product managers.</p> <p><strong>Please attach a portfolio/case study which you can talk through during an interview. </strong></p> <p> </p> <h3><strong> What you’ll be doing </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile app features.</li> <li>Communicate designs to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.</li> <li>Document product designs in Figma and on our Wiki.</li> <li>Participate in design discovery and ideation activities.</li> <li>Partner with researchers to help execute studies and gather customer insights.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>We are excited if you have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.</li> <li>Due to graduate in December 2027 or later</li> <li>Familiarity with Material and iOS design guidelines.</li> <li>Experience and passion for designing Mobile apps.</li> <li>Experience working with Figma.</li> <li>Interest in streaming TV.</li> <li>Strong verbal skills with the ability to influence without authority.</li> <li>Strong organization and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and efficiently with remote supervision.</li> <li>Endless empathy for the user.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p> <h3 style="font-family: GothamBold,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;"><strong>Our Hybrid Work Approach</strong></h3> <p>Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams work in the office Monday through Thursday.
