<p>As a Director, Revenue Strategy and Operations in New Verticals at Flex, you will be a key leader in enabling the Revenue Organization to build a GTM strategy and implement a motion to offer Flex split payments to users in new industries beyond rent with our Partners. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, Analytics and the General Manager team to build, implement and iterate on a GTM strategy and supporting tactics as we test and create a repeatable way to expand our Partner network in new verticals beyond rent. </p>
<p>The ideal candidate has extensive experience with rigorous analytical problem solving in a complex business context, comfort leading initiatives in ‘0-1’, ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and an exceptional attention to detail. </p>
<p><em>This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters (a few blocks from Union Square) or 2 days per week in our SF Hub. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ or SF area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.</em></p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build repeatable, profitable GTM motions that scale efficiently across new verticals.</li>
<li>Design and implement GTM Strategy inclusive of target partner prioritization, sales motion test and optimization, launch support and post sales motions</li>
<li>Accountable for designing repeatable, scalable GTM playbook by industry in each new vertical </li>
<li>Own and evolve organization operating model and hiring needs to support Partners end-to-end</li>
<li>Lead the analysis of revenue performance and maintain reporting dashboards across each new vertical and across sellers; make recommendations to update GTM strategy and tactics based on this data</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis and in-depth market research to provide strategic recommendations that drive significant revenue growth across all channels</li>
<li>Design and optimize CRM processes to ensure data needed to drive performance is captured accurately and consistently </li>
<li>Support efforts in seller quota setting and partner network ‘coverage’ on an ongoing basis</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Key qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>9+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting and/or Revenue leadership with a proven track record of driving strategic impact.</li>
<li>Has personally owned revenue-impacting operating metrics and has experience in scaling a Revenue team in a high-growth environment</li>
<li>Extensive experience in developing ‘0-1’ playbooks while finding product-market-fit</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability in implementing and evolving new product strategies</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex data-driven insights into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive-level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.</li>
<li>Superior organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.</li>
