We collaborate with leaders across every level and function, providing the critical financial insights that shape decisions.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a Finance Strategy Manager to serve as the strategic finance partner to Consumer product leadership, shaping resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term financial planning.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Be the primary OpEx partner for the Consumer business, partnering with product, engineering, design and operations leadership</li> <li>Advise on resource allocation, investment decisions, headcount planning, and spending trade-offs</li> <li>Own end-to-end financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for your portfolio</li> <li>Lead month-end close and reporting, delivering executive-facing variance commentary and materials for business reviews</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we look for in you</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in FPA, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar fast-paced finance environment</li> <li>Track record managing large-scale OpEx budgets (headcount, marketing, product operations) across multiple cost centers</li> <li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on resource allocation and investment decisions</li> <li>Ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling, SQL for data analysis, and experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite)</li> <li>Self-starter with passion for operational efficiency and leveraging automation or AI to improve processes</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to haves</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in a high-growth tech environment, FinTech, or financial services</li> <li>Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)</li> <li>Enthusiasm for crypto and Coinbase's mission</li> </ul> <p>Job #: P74834</p> <div id="fortidlp-input-element-parent"></div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Depending on your work location, the target annual <strong>base </strong>salary for this position can range as detailed below.
