<p>As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring service readiness by proactively planning, kitting, and scheduling spares to support sanitation and preventive maintenance activities. This role sits at the center of Field Service, Service Operations, and Supply Chain, helping minimize equipment downtime through accurate forecasting, strong material control, and effective cross‑functional coordination. You will operate in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment where ownership, precision, and responsiveness are key to success.</p>
<h3>What You Will Be Working On</h3>
<ul>
<li>Kit Preparation Management
<ul>
<li>Build and manage clean kits to ensure Field Service Engineers and customers have all required materials prior to job execution.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Kit Planning Scheduling
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain kitting schedules aligned with preventive maintenance (PM) cycles and service demand.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Inventory Supplier Management
<ul>
<li>Analyze historical demand and validate forecasts to optimize planning accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage inventory levels, including excess obsolete (EO) materials and inventory rebalancing.</li>
<li>Support NPI planning, initial stocking strategies, and part lifecycle transitions.</li>
<li>Monitor MRP accuracy, resolve data integrity issues, and respond to MRP validation inquiries from purchasing teams.</li>
<li>Proactively expedite materials when potential shortages are identified.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Cross‑Functional Coordination
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary liaison among Field Service Engineers, Customer Service Representatives, Buyers, Forecasters, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution and timely material availability.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We Are Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field</li>
<li>3–6 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, material planning, or supply chain</li>
<li>Knowledge of forecasting, planning, and scheduling systems, inventory management principles, and spares logistics</li>
<li>Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including strong English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global collaboration</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or high‑volume manufacturing industry</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience supporting NPI and complex part lifecycle management</li>

<li>Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and drive solutions across teams</li>
