Finance Specialist

✨ High-impact role working directly with the CFO We seek a highly analytical, execution-driven finance professional to enhance the integrity, structure, and performance of our financial operations. Role Overview: • Combines strong accounting foundations with advanced analytics and cross-functional coordination • Partner closely with the CFO to reinforce financial rigor, improve business visibility, and streamline key processes • Strategic, high-ownership position (not a traditional FP&A role) Responsibilities: • Ensure complete and accurate monthly close processes • Review provisions, account classifications, reconciliations, and cost centers • Rebuild or normalize historical Profit & Loss statements as needed • Build analytical frameworks and structured reconciliations • Develop automation solutions using Power Query • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies • Support CFO on cross-department financial initiatives • Deliver in-depth analyses on staffing, salary structures, and operational metrics Ideal Candidate Profile: • Certified Public Accountant (required) • 4–8 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis • Strong understanding of financial statements and reconciliations • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query • Comfortable working with large datasets and multi-entity environments • High ownership mentality, structured thinking, and strong communication skills • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Hybrid
