If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a near-native command of English, this is for you! 📍 Location: ONSITE ⏰ Schedule: Mon - Fri \u007C 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM EST. The Role: • As the primary point of contact for our strategic clients, you will: • Primary Activities: • Relationship Management: Proactive check-ins and high-level calls with U.S. senior executives. • Conflict Resolution: Rapidly troubleshooting complex payroll/HR issues and managing internal escalations. • Account Growth: Identifying upselling opportunities and designing proposals for additional services. • Project Oversight: Coordinating new business setups and task tracking via Asana/ZenDesk. • Executive Support: Translating client needs into actionable briefs for the management team. What we are looking for: • English Mastery: C1/C2 Level is mandatory (Clear, professional communication). • Experience: 3-5 years in Account Management or Project Management. • Expertise: Solid conflict resolution skills and an "advocate" mindset for the client. • Education: Degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or similar. • Big Plus: Previous experience in Payroll or HR services. #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
