You will be responsible for leading the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of construction across LeoLabs’ global network of ground-based radar sites.<br><br>As LeoLabs continues to scale its radar network, this role provides senior-level construction leadership across multiple concurrent international site developments. You will bridge feasibility and permitting into disciplined construction execution, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.<br><br></p> <h2><strong>You will be responsible for</strong>:</h2> <ul> <li>Providing constructability input into site selection, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities</li> <li>Advising on construction logistics, sequencing, access, mobilization strategy, and execution risk</li> <li>Identifying early risks related to utilities, access, regulatory constraints, environmental conditions, and site limitations</li> <li>Leading end-to-end construction execution across multiple concurrent radar site builds globally</li> <li>Developing detailed construction execution plans, sequencing strategies, and contractor mobilization approaches</li> <li>Overseeing contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors across civil, structural, electrical, and utility scopes</li> <li>Establishing and enforcing safety expectations and quality standards in collaboration with EHS</li> <li>Conducting site visits, inspections, and audits to maintain control over delivery performance</li> <li>Resolving field-level issues quickly and escalating complex matters appropriately</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with approved permits, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Managing inspections, certifications, and engagement with local authorities during construction</li> <li>Monitoring contractor performance against approved schedules and budgets</li> <li>Supporting payment certification, cost tracking, forecasting, and disciplined change management</li> <li>Identifying and mitigating schedule slippage and cost overruns proactively</li> <li>Coordinating construction completion with infrastructure commissioning and hardware integration</li> <li>Ensuring as-built documentation, warranties, and close-out documentation are complete and properly archived</li> <li>Supporting seamless transition of completed sites to operational teams</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in construction management, infrastructure delivery, or large-scale site development</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects across different geographic locations</li> <li>Strong understanding of the full site development lifecycle from feasibility through execution and handover</li> <li>Proven ability to manage contractors and field teams across civil, structural, electrical, and utility disciplines</li> < ...
