We are looking for a strong systems thinker who can navigate the intricacies of SaaS products and deliver user-centric solutions. Product Designers at <a href="http://apollo.io">Apollo.io</a> serve a vital role in helping us learn, test, and iterate to build the best experiences possible for our users. We appreciate designers who think deeply, speak clearly, love collaboration and feedback, and are always learning.</p> <p>Our Product Managers, Design, and Engineering teams are structured as Squads. You will be assigned to a Squad alongside one Product Manager and multiple Engineers, and you will regularly collaborate with designers from other pods to ensure a cohesive user experience across the platform.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with the Product Manager on your squad to brainstorm, build, and validate solutions for complex user problems.</li> <li>Partner with Engineers on your squad to understand technical constraints, hand off designs, and run design QA for enterprise-level features.</li> <li>Map complex user workflows and system interactions to create clear, scalable solutions within our CRM product.</li> <li>Collaborate with your squad during Weekly Sprint Planning Daily Standups.</li> <li>Collaborate with other Designers to provide feedback, share learnings, and maintain a cohesive end-to-end experience.</li> <li>Interview enterprise users to validate designs and learn about their specific problems and goals.</li> <li>Use and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.</li> <li>Consistently integrate quantitative and qualitative data into essential product decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with your squad to identify the highest impact areas to work on, develop hypotheses, test, and iterate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, enterprise-level SaaS products. Experience in CRM, sales-tech, or related B2B domains is a strong plus.</li> <li>You are an expert systems thinker.
