The Sales New Hire Experience team builds high-impact, real-world learning journeys that prepare sellers to drive customer value quickly and effectively. </p><p>We’re looking for a Program Manager to support onboarding excellence and continuous improvement of our Sales New Hire Experience programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring our monthly enhancements and bi-annual updates are curated strategically aligned to the business, applying adult learning theory and developed in our OnDemand digital cohort experience.  </p><p>This is an execution-focused individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a high-growth company environment, enjoys working across learning platforms, and takes pride in ensuring programs run seamlessly. </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p><p><strong>Content curation & release support </strong></p><ul><li>Support execution of monthly updates and bi-annual program releases, including QA, UAT coordination, documentation, and readiness tracking in tools like Intrepid. </li><li>Maintain program documentation, release notes, and update logs. </li><li>Identify and escalate risks or defects that impact learner experience. </li><li>Present and lead change management projects, presenting delta and facilitating training to sales trainers as needed. </li></ul><p><strong>Intrepid & LMS Operations </strong></p><ul><li>Co-build and develop strategic content elements, configuring modules and learning experiences within Intrepid (and/or similar cohort-based learning platforms). </li><li>Partner with Intrepid Admin to resolve technical issues, respond to content intake requests and maintain content accuracy. </li><li>Execute custom learning experiences and pathway updates leveraging Adobe Illustrator and other curriculum tools </li></ul><p><strong>Curriculum & Experience Integrity </strong></p><ul><li>Implement curriculum updates provided by program strategy and content teams. </li><li>Ensure learning materials, links, simulations, and session content are current and properly configured. </li><li>Support facilitator and learner readiness for upcoming cohorts. </li><li>Collaborate on building QA processes aligned to program strategy </li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration </strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Global Learning & GTM Program Success teams, as well as content owners, and systems teams to align timelines and dependencies. </li><li>Communicate status updates and escalate blockers appropriately. </li><li>Own project-based socialization, timelines and communication cross-functionally - lead planning conversations aligned to broader strategy. </li></ul>
<p><strong>What You Bring </strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in enablement, program coordination, learning operations, or related fields. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Intrepid (or similar cohort-based learning platforms). </li><li>Working knowledge of LMS operations, including enrollments, reporting, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Proven ability to curate content and exposure to creative learning tools is a plus (Articulate, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces. </li><li>Aptitude to thriving in ambiguity and an AI first mindset </li><li>Experience supporting structured program releases or large-scale onboarding init ...
