Product Designer

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our growing Warsaw product hub. In this role, you will be the design lead for the <strong>Value Discovery</strong> team, partnering closely with a Senior Product Manager and 5 engineers to drive a new era of value for our self-serve and enterprise customers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Your mission is to design how Asana adapts to the unique workflows of specific high-value industries. You will own the "Value Discovery" engine—designing systematic in-product guidance and evaluation environments (like sandboxes) that allow our largest leads to realize Asana’s full potential before they ever hit a paywall. You will shape intuitive journeys that use AI to translate user intent into clear starting points, ensuring new users move seamlessly from initial setup to meaningful, value-driven engagement.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
