By February 2025, we'd launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. Delighted.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strategic Sourcing Operations: Build candidate pipelines to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process, focusing on sourcing top talent from competitors.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with day to day operations of the recruiting functions and duties to ensure a seamless hiring engine.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">AI-Native Process Data:<br>- Leverage AI tools to build and manage recruiting activity related reports, gathering and analyzing competitor data for strategic insights.<br>- Collaborate with our recruiting team to improve processes and programs through AI-driven automation.<br>- Participate in brainstorming meetings and share ideas for recruiting and branding projects.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">High-Touch Coordination:<br>- Schedule and coordinate various stages of the recruiting process, from phone, virtual, and onsite interviews (currently all conducted virtually).<br>- Manage and post jobs on varying careers websites and research additional posting options to maximize reach.<br>- CV uploading and data management within our ATS (Greenhouse) system to maintain high data integrity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are energized by the "hunt" for target talent from competitors and use AI to map out market landscapes faster than anyone else.<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You find it genuinely satisfying to solve the "calendar Tetris" of complex interview loops across different time zones.<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You reach for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and draft high-impact candidate outreach.<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to improve and to learn everything there is to know about the company, market trends, and the teams with whom you partner.<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You're a self-starter that works well independently, as well as in a team setting.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related Social Science field is preferred.<br></span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent written and verbal communicat ...
