Your Role at Vertice As a Senior GTM Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a hiring process including; intake meeting, sourcing, and offer stage while also acting as a partner to key stakeholders across the Sales business. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence and ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. We recruit globally, and you’ll be partnering with hiring managers across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Solutions. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from a range of channels. Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles. - Collaborate and partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs, establish strong relationships, and provide guidance and expertise. - Work on projects outside day-to-day hiring, including promoting Vertice as an employer of choice by effectively conveying our value proposition, culture, and career opportunities through various channels, including job descriptions, employer branding materials, and networking events. - Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Provide timely communication, updates, and feedback to candidates, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer. - Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and optimise the effectiveness of sourcing channels, recruitment strategies, and overall progress. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Key Skills - Talent acquisition experience, either within agency (embedded model) or in-house within a high growth environment. - Systems and Data: Tech Savvy and able to use data to inform hiring decisions. Use of Ashby ATS or similar. - Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment practices with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
