This role operates and expands ALX Nigeria’s national field acquisition channel, ensuring the organisation reaches prospective learners far beyond digital marketing channels. Through direct engagement with universities, youth communities, government institutions, and strategic partners, the Field Sales Activation Specialist generates high-intent learner demand and supports programme enrolment at scale. Working closely with the Growth Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Content Social Media Specialist, this role leads campus activations, develops institutional and community partnerships, manages ambassador networks, and executes outreach initiatives that feed the learner acquisition funnel. This is a highly dynamic, field-driven role.
