Role Summary ALX Africa is seeking a motivated and passionate Learning Team Intern to support learners as they progress through their ALX programs, from enrollment to graduation. The hub community and operations intern will play a critical role in enhancing the learner experience by providing consistent engagement, guidance, and support, while collaborating with the wider team to ensure program success. This is an in person position. Specific Responsibilities Provide timely support and guidance to learners throughout their ALX program journey Assist with onboarding activities to help learners successfully start their courses Track learner progress, identify challenges, and proactively offer solutions Support data collection and reporting on learner milestones and program outcomes Facilitate communications and engagement campaigns across multiple channels Collaborate with mentors, program managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate learner support Assist with organizing learning events, webinars, or workshops to drive community engagement Contribute ideas to improve learner experience processes and systems Any other roles assigned to assist in the learner or larger community engagement.
