ABOUT THE ROLE Boostlingo is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Enterprise Development Team . This team is responsible for building and maintaining systems that integrate Boostlingo’s platform with enterprise healthcare systems, EHRs, and third-party partner platforms. This is a high-impact role for engineers who can design and support complex integrations, secure data exchange workflows, and systems that operate reliably across internal and external dependencies. This is not a tickets-only role. As a senior individual contributor, you will: Own systems end-to-end Influence architecture and technical direction Design and support complex integration workflows Raise the bar for quality, reliability, and maintainability You will be expected to think in systems, understand tradeoffs, and build solutions that operate reliably in real-world enterprise and healthcare environments. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Design, build, and maintain critical systems and services supporting enterprise and healthcare integrations Develop backend services and APIs that integrate with internal systems, EHR platforms, and external partner systems Design and maintain secure data exchange workflows across APIs, endpoints, and integration layers Build and support integrations involving structured healthcare data and interoperability standards Contribute to modern web applications using Angular or comparable frontend frameworks Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability Write and maintain automated tests Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving Mentor engineers and help raise technical standards across the team Participate in incident response and operational improvement as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates must meet the following minimum qualific ...
