Actively contribute to implementing this strategy.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to define strategy, roadmap, and timelines.</li> <li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Onboard new team members and cultivate a culture of technical excellence.</li> <li><strong>Frontend Platform Advocacy:</strong> Represent the needs of the web team within broader frontend platform initiatives related to build, deploy, and monitoring processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Web Development Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of both static and server-side website architectures and technologies.</li> <li><strong>CMS-driven Platform Development:</strong> Extensive experience leading the development of robust web platforms powered by Content Management Systems.</li> <li><strong>Modern UI Frameworks:</strong> Proficiency with at least one modern framework like Angular, React, or Vue.js.</li> <li><strong>Marketing Technology Stack:</strong> Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Segment or other similar technologies.</li> <li><strong>Cloud Infrastructure:</strong> Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS or similar.</li> <li><strong>Technical SEO:</strong> Understanding of technical SEO principles and optimization techniques.</li> <li><strong>Proven Leadership Collaboration:</strong> Prior Tech Lead experience with a strong track record of collaboration with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Mentorship Coaching:</strong> Experience in coaching and mentoring mid-level and senior engineers.</li> ...
